Here we are, this is it !!

FINAL -  New Zealand vs Australia - Sunday 29th March 04:30 p.m. NZT at Melbourne

A big ask for our boys . . .
  first game in Aus for some time, I hope we adjust quickly,
  big ground at the MCG,
  the Aussies are mostly on song, no real weakness.

(I'm hoping the Green Baggies are a little tired & the Black Caps are totally refreshed & fizzing  ;D )

Blind faith here, the Black Caps for me, they will do it !!

Australia for me. Partly it's a strategic pick!

Also think they have the experience at this level. The blackcaps can do it, but they will need a bit more to go their way than the aussies

So who was the points leader on the predictions?

I don't know anything about the game and even had to Google to see how runs are scored and games are won, but did follow all the hype and enthusiasm on here.

Some one wins, some one looses, and hopefully everyone had fun and enjoyment!

Cant say I sat in front of this game  :-\

But I feel a good outcome. First time in the finals for NZ so that is a win on its own.
Now we have something to strive for next time.

So, hands up anyone who doesn't know what happened & hasn't heard the result. . . . . ??

We reached the final, & we won the toss & that's about as good as it got for our boys  :(
Aussie won the batting & bowling bits, & also the sledging apparently.

Some interesting stats there, Valerie best strike rate but only 6 picks, gabba & Phil started late, both picked well & they would have been right up there, if not leading, otherwise.
And bragging rights goes to that Opotiki fella

Yes gabba it has been fun (& interesting & time consuming & it went on and on and on . . .   ;D)
