Well its a little unusual in that the image has been edited. Can we see the original unedited image. The hole without an Allen screw should be a black or dark grey hole with a shadow but it is as white as the general background. It's a false image.

The background could be any colour. Its a thing that you put on a thing :)

Yes it definitely looks like a thinge', new not second hand and reasonably strong and sophisticated with Allen key fixings hmmm......... ahaaa! could the printing on the bolts/screws be a clue ?? investigating more oo.. :)
