Northland, Auckland, Coromandel and Bay of Plenty
Mostly fine. Isolated showers this afternoon and evening.
Waikato to Taranaki, including the central high country
Mainly fine. However isolated showers about Waikato, Waitomo and Coromandel overnight. Drizzle about Taranaki this morning, and isolated afternoon showers inland.
Wanganui to Wellington
Fine weather.
Gisborne to Wairarapa, also Nelson, Marlborough and Canterbury
Fine, apart few areas of morning cloud.
Otago and Southland, also Buller to Fiordland
Mostly fine, but cloudy about the fiords tomorrow.
Chatham Islands
Fine spells.
