Cloud breaking this morning. Isolated showers developing this afternoon.
Kapiti Coast and Wellington
Mostly cloudy. Drizzle developing this evening.
Gisborne to Wairarapa, also Nelson, Marlborough
Fine, apart from isolated afternoon showers inland.
Canterbury
Any rain in south Canterbury clearing before dawn then fine, apart from isolated afternoon showers inland.
Buller and Westland
Cloud increasing this afternoon and drizzle developing.
Otago and Southland
Cloudy periods. Scattered showers developing this afternoon, some heavy.
