It is very cold, strong gusty wind. Had a few squally showers go over. Have not put the temperature gauge up yet so cannot give and accurate reading.

Down the Bay was not much better today Valerie. Not quite as windy as Wairoa though.

Neat sunny morning after a day of gale force cold winds and rain across southern and northern Hawkes Bay.
Lets hope that is the end of Winter!!!!

Half an inch of rain in Mr Frogs rain catching tube.
Plenty of sun and I see the poor bloke up the road has a large section of his six foot wooden fence lying on the ground. Snapped off as clean as a whistle at ground level.

The sun still shines and the temperature is hovering on 19 °. Slight breeze from the North west I think. Must get the fizz bottle wind Vane up and swinging. The rain frog is still sitting among the Pansies, Waiting.
