A wild wet windy night , has eased right back to being dull, calm and damp

What started out a nice sunny morning has slowly turned to rain and gloomy.
Light breeze has also arrived pushed up from the south.
There goes my plans for today :(

A dreary start to the day, grey damp & breezy . . .

The broomstick is still doing a pretty good job, but swaying a bit much & the wind direction vane is spinning like a top. Plans to retire the broomstick have nearly gelled.

It has been very much like that in Opotiki too.
Breezes started coming in more from the West after 11am, that cooled us down here.
Temps came down 2 degrees pretty quickly and the rain set in.
