Title: View Data Log Files

When I go into View - Data Log File, nothing comes up after 31st March before that all OK  a couple of days show but are corrupt
In the back up files there is data which is OK
Any thoughts Have WD 10;37 build  81

Used Back up for May to fix May but April Back up has only the last 3 days so I am still short of most of April Tried downloading from my web site back up file but my Zip Genius wont open it.
