A spa bath with an air bag on it. Obviously the spa bath has been knocked in some way indicating the considerable benefit of having such a safety device attached.

Definitely a space ship from the planet Zorg. I like the way the aliens have disguised it as a giant roasting dish.

PS I have no idea what it is, can one drink out of it?

It is a Home Pod.  They are real and they are bought and used. They come in various shapes and sizes.
