I have just noticed that the daily rain total in WD is showing DOUBLE that in the VP2 console. I watched it updating as the showers were passing overhead. Each time the VP2 console updated, WD would update a few seconds later but double the amount. ie: 4.8mm on VP2, 9.6mm on WD, next update = 5.2 on VP2, 10.4 on WD.
Any clues as to how to resolve this issue?
Thanks
John

There is a a setting in WD for optional bucket sizes on most weather stations. We will have to go find it but there is a way of correcting the individual rain data stored so far. Looks like i should come visit Monday night :)

John thats in the same place I messaged you.
Control Panel - Units and other settings (top left ) - Rainfall setup -
Top left, rain offset.
Modify rain gauge new tip (mm)
e.g. 0.5 for 2x size rain gauge.
Thanks Toko :)

also you might have set a % rain offset too
or the problem could be that you have the wrong rain gauge size selected?
(options are 0.01 or 0.001)

I have switched the rain gauge tip value from 1.0 to 0.5.
Hope that sorts out the problem. Thanks
Look forward to seeing you TokWW
