Whatever it is it looks interesting!
A vase
A fabric doodacky
-
A poly fleece vest that has been turned inside out...?
-
Looks like a warmer for a drink container
-
A vase babs ???
lol
Clue:
It is around half a golf bag in size :)
-
A golf ball holder
A covering for a golf club
A really big vase Haha ( couldn't resist that)
A golfing hat for someone with an odd shaped head!
-
It's a jersey for a sting ray!
-
Or a balaclava for Donald Duck?
-
More clues are needed as we two are completely clueless in kelson
-
The shape implies that its meant to have three 'arms'.
Is it a protective/warming device for a piece of electronic equipment?
-
We are cracking up over here :)
Lets see what the others think first before I give any more clues.
Ross, you are on the right path with one of your guesses.
-
We came up with some very norti suggestions but for the sake of our forum users gentle minds decided not to post them, if we had one or two of you would have fallen off your chairs! For we can be quite bad in Kelson.
Couldn't we have just one teeny weeny miniscule minute tiny clue pwease!
-
Haha I remember what it is, funny! :D
I think there was even a story on stuff.co.nz at the time about some Kiwis making them...
-
Now you are just plain showing off ....lol
I said the size was half a golf bag not half of a bootie ::)
-
Come on David put up the answer pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee
-
Puppy warmer/rain coat
-
Ok this is the closest comment so far.
See if that helps :)
-
A jacket for a three legged mouse that is 18 inches tall!
A cover for a tripod
-
Its the upper body of a manniqen?
The padding implies that its meant to protect something...or act as a 'body' of some sort.
It also looks as though it doesn't have a zip...so it either has bits being put together inside the thing, through the holes.
And its padded for some reason but it loks as though yh top of it has more padding than the bottom.
And it looks as though there's a crimp near the neck of the thing.
Hmmmm...
-
1) Upper
2) Protect yes but also make comfortable.
3) No to all of 3.
4) Top
5) Neck
6) hmmmmm
Ok, you put it on. Well you and I would not and neither would Bab's mice.
But its not worn as such, but you do put it on.
Now take the clues from above and work out where you would put it and what for.
Note for Babs - Keep your thoughts pure please....lol
-
I was initially thinking it was a stage prop for 18th century clothing, with the left hand being the gathering under the "chest" and the side ports were actually for legs, the shaping was to add to the curviness of the figure with more clothes added over top. But then we can't see the other end, so perhaps there was an opening for a head and these ports seen were for arms... certainly going to keep someone warm!
-
Would the person putting it on be playing a sport?
Does it have any extra holes apart from what we are seeing? ie, a hole for the head and other arm?
It appears to be having more padding for the 'front' (top of the picture?) than the back.
-
A wine cooler
A bottle of some sort cooler
Pure thoughts? Hahaha
-
Yes Ross, it could be a vest for sport, like an elephant man costume without the air...
-
No other holes.
Only the 3 you can see.
The padding is the same all the way around.
Could be used either side.
Your arms do not come out of it.
Your hands go into it.
-
Alas I have to admit defeat will be interested in finding out what it finally is, all I can think of is some form of thermal glove!
-
I got nothing...! Got me completely stuffed!
-
It is a head sleeping bag.
How you actually breath I have yet to work out.
