Know someone that has had 15 inspections of his battered home from EQC and insurance company - and the EQC has now come up with it being a "leaky home" -
which of course it is now when it rains as so badly damaged that it leaks like a sieve when ever we get rain. Instead of a complete rebuild it is now a "fix it up" job. He has handed it over to his lawyers - which I think is a very good idea.
This leaky home business is mentioned in an article above and being used more often now.
