West Melton

One beautiful day here with full sunshine all day and still shining now.  Temp was good too.
Weather Station due back on Monday so looking forward to that and had a complete overhaul and check.  One of the nicest persons I have dealt with for a long time.

Bit of a mixed bag for us today, warm and sunny start with a few bits of fluffy cloud on a breeze that was not at all evident at ground level.  Increasing Wind, more cloud and finally a short shower (the forecast front moving through) then back to blue skies with some cloud but a rather cool South West wind, already colder tonight than last nights lowest.  Maximum wind gust of 45 km/hr at 13:46 which was the peak of the mountain range for the day apart from a steep sided ravine on the way up this morning, back down below 10km/hr tonight, and the direction started at North West but was back to South West by 6:00 this morning where it has remained all day but starting to tend Southerly after 18:00.  Barometer has generally followed an upward trend all day but did have a couple of small lapses of concentration or its foot briefly slipped off the accelerator.  A somewhat weak effort today moving from 1003.9 hPa at 3:03 to 1012.0 hPa now.  Outdoor humidity moved off 99% just after midnight, hasn't got back there yet, currently 85%, and managed to drop to 50% at 14:07, still thinks its more like Summer than Winter. . . Yeah Right!
