A Blue Dome Sky start to the day today, well almost, just a small bank of cloud hugging the top of the Kaimai Range out to the West was the only blemish and it stayed there almost all day, some little spring like clouds moved out from the Kaimai's at times but none ever reached us.  Nice and Sunny all day and definitely no need for the heater at all in the office today (Max temperature 18.7 at 13:59).  The South South West breeze that settled in last night continued today but ever so slowly moved towards South West all day only to slide back to almost a Southerly late this evening before pretty much dying our altogether.  Max Gust today 27 km/hr at 15:39.  Barometer continued its steady rise today finishing on 1017.8 hPa at 22:45 this evening.
