Mostly cloudy with a few patches of blue. Temperature only 4.3 and not expected to rise much above 7 degrees.  wind from the SW with the max gust at 16kmh in the last hour.

overcast and cold in Reefton.
woke to clear skies and a pretty big frost (-4.6°C). then cloud cover came along and we crawled to a high of 2.6°C.
currently 1.3°C.
will be a record low maximum temp if it stays like that.
no wind.
