Title: Your favourite Meteorological reference

Hi
Anyone have any favourite reference books or websites etc that they use to find out more about meteorology. Thought it might be interesting to build a list, so post away below, with a quick review :)

A book that I sometimes use for reference is called
A Continent on the Move - "New Zealand Geoscience into the 21st Century" released in 2009 Published by The Geological society of New Zealand in association with GNS Science. Being such a big book it covers most things that people would like to know - but would pay to get from a library as quite expensive from recall.
