A night of continuous rain, very little wind , do not expect much to change during the day

Groundhog day.... more of the same cold, overcast and rain. Temperature 3.8°. Wind from the SW with the max gust in the last hour at 27kmh. 2.6mm of rain since midnight. Storm total now sitting at 109.6mm. Forecast to improve later today, but I'll not put money on it.

Still a mucky day, lots of sport cancelled, wind still has a bite to it, wind chill down to 3.4 degrees
