A worse case scenario is emerging right now in Oklahoma City. Multiple tornadoes are on the ground across the city.
Motorways have become giant parking lots.
The storm is so wide motorists are unaware they are driving towards more tornadoes to escape ones near them. Motorists have been hurt. People are now listed as missing.

Update 2.05pm
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado emergency for the city's downtown, airport and several suburbs as the storm rolls through central Oklahoma.
- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol described the situation on the interstates as dire. Overturned big rigs and cars littered portions of the roadway, and thousands more were believed to be stuck in the traffic.
- Motorists in Oklahoma City are gridlocked as multiple tornadoes hit city/highways. Motorists injured & now some missing.
- Tornado risk diminishing in Oklahoma City now - but now flash flooding the next concern.
- Tens of thousands of people without power as night arrives. Widespread damage to the west of the metro area.
