Port Robinson, North Canterbury 8.35am

Fine clear morning. Temperature 13.8° after a low of 12.6° and heading for a high af around 19°.
Wind from the NW at around 6kmh with the max gust in the last hour of 11kmh. No rain over the past 24hrs.

Lovely sunny morning in Motueka, but a brisk start. Despite its proximity to a bay it has a large diurnal range. Yesterday afternoon in Golden Bay it was overcast over most of the area with drizzle and showers - a small spoiler feature in a large anticyclone.

Just "Skyped" for an hour with Tauranga, so I know the weather conditions in NZ....  :)
Envy it, since Spring is still FAR away (see attachment)....

Current Conditions:
Temp: + 0.9
Apparent Temp: - 3 C
Sky: Breaking Clouds with a few Sun Rays.....
Precipitation: On and Off Snow Flurries.........
Humidity: 76%
Baro: 1004 mb
Wind: Light Breeze, up to 15 km/h

When I'm outside, no chirping birds or spring flowers.......just blowing snow (flurries) that come and go on the second day of Spring.....
See an impression of my backyard, one hour ago......

Hopefully, there'll be a time I can report warmer temperatures and Sunshine.... :)
