Port Robinson, North Canterbury 9.15am

Dull overcast morning. Temperature 14.9° , just a little above the low and predicted to reach just 18°. Light breeze from ESE at 2-3kph with the max gust in the last hour of 8kph. No rain over the past 24hrs.
