Overcast and gloomy. Temperature 13.4°, 1 degree above the low. Expected high is 21°. No rain over the last 24hrs. Light wind from the East with the highest gust in the last hour of 11kph.

I'm glad it's not March 7 here, that would mean Birthday gifts for my son (9).. :)

Current Conditions:
FINALLY, the Temp AND Apparent Temp are above "0"..........
Temp: + 5 C (Did you see the "+" mark... :) :)
Apparent Temp: + 2.8
Clouds: Overcast
Humidity: 62%
UV Index: Nothing for today.... :(
Wind: Calm Wind Conditions (0 to 5 km/h)

The forecast even shows more days with + temperatures and more sunshine, HOWEVER the min temp will still sit below "0".
You can't have everything at once  :)
