New Plymouth: sunny with some cloud. 14 degrees, light winds. I notice a smattering of thin, fresh snow, on Mt Taranaki, down to around 7,000 feet.

Still cloudy in Tokoroa - a max of 20.6ºC when some bright spells opened up, and the winds changed from SE to WNW and still at that quarter now, and just 18.9ºC.  But not much chance of clear sky anymore...

Not the most marvellous of days, though better than yesterday! 20.2 degrees maximum here, trace of rain. Some sun, cloudier as the day went on. E/NE winds, light.

Had sun on and off all day with the temp now at 17.9 deg and baro dropping more or less straight downwards  and now 996.5.
