The Over Night Temp Low was  8.2 °C and much cooler compared to the last couple of weeks.

Port Robinson, North Canterbury 9.50am

The day started off fine and clear, but has been slowly clouding over and a heavy shower of rain is just falling. Wind is from the SE with a gust of 22kph a few minutes ago. Temperature is 13.1° falling from 14.2°. The low was 7.8° at 6.48am. Predicted high is 17°.

West Melton

A very cold southerly wind out which makes it feel more like winter rather than the middle of summer.  Had to put extra blanket on bed last night it was so cold.
