Title: Lost settings with WD

My WD for some reason stopped in the middle of the night ,I have it back now but all settings lost .How do I restore my settings? Graham

Resolved.... I think, by using WDisplay.INI from Data Back up

Oh good, Graham, the latest WD versions force it to auto backup after midnight each day as a default setting into the Backup folder.  It was voluntary before.  Also there is a .reg file for the other WD settings as well - double click the file and it re-inserts the details into the Registry for weatherdftp.reg or something.

the registry settings normaly are not a problem though

Seems to be working ok now ,except the VP History Data goes to 100% both lines and stays there and won't close,but not every time.this was happening before the crash,

is the time/date on the weather station console the same as the pc?

Have time and date correct.
If I restart PC the History Data hangs there but WD is receiving data
If I exit WD and start from Icon and not restart PC all is OK
