Update:
Deadly Cyclone "Giovanna" In Madagascar
-17 killed with 75-95% destruction reported In Brickaville and Vatomandry region of Madagascar
-65 injured and 11,000 homeless-Some bridges and roads especially between the district of Toamasina and the Capital Antananarivo
-Most government buildings have been completely destroyed
-Following Météo France, a new low pressure system(depression) called "Hilwa", in the area has formed which is moving at 15km/h towards the Southwest.

UPDATE February 20
-25 dead, 81 injured and more than 256,000 victims
-Over 100 schools, hospitals, churches and offices damaged

Gosh these disasters are awful to read - and appears no let up at the moment either.
