Mainly cloudy skies to start the day in Howick, currently 7°C, low was 4.3.

Still looks cold outside but is 11.3ºC after an overnight low of -1.4ºC.
Just a few scarce low clouds - breeze abiout 5km/hr westerly.

Some low sea cloud in the sky. But looks like the cloud is now moving North as  a southwest wind is now blowing only very light  at 10km/h.
Air temp=11.6, 1c about the avg for this time of year.
