New Plymouth: 10.4 degrees. Mostly cloudy, but is thinning around the eastern horizon. SE of 10km/hr.
Whether it breaks up and we get another 20 degree, sunny day, we shall soon see!

For some of the places that might get sun records for April (though some unsettled stuff coming will probably win out) - to 23rd:  Dunedin 150.0 hrs, New Plymouth 190.5 Tekapo 197.3 Nelson 191.9.
