What a little beauty Andrew - and to think I gave all my old LP's away years and years ago.  I used to have a great collection too.  Will get other half to have a look in the attic and see if any left.
Does it use needles or some new sort of  thingie.

Hi Suezy, It is still using needles (stylus) It sounds wonderful, It has such a different sound to digital , like CDs MP3 files, not necessarily better I just prefer it.

Can't wait to get my Sony Ps2700 belt drive Turntable back (Been in storage for 5 years) plus the rest of my big 1980's component Stereo system setup when we get our unit built.  I agree, digital just does not sound the same.

Very nice indeed! I had too many hassles so gave up on the turntable, but even with some of my favourites getting high quality conversions to CD, the sound is not the same.
