| 200mm rainfall in one day |

Description: Paraparaumu had a record 140mm rain fall on 14 May 2015, but in Paekakariki being so orographic, we were hit with 200mm and some spectacular flooding. Hell did it come down. This is the back paddocks behind us, caused by streams overtopping their banks.
