Using the 7SS 1909- (1981-2010 normal)

Warmest

1. 2016 had 13.4 which is more than 0.8 above normal

2. 2018 tied with 1998 had 13.4which is 0.8 above normal

3. 1999 had 13.3 which is more than 0.7 above normal

4. 2013 had 13.3 which is 0.7 above normal

5. 2017 had 13.1 which is more than 0.5 above normal

6. 2005 had 13.1 which is 0.5 above normal

7. 1971 had 13.1 which is 0.5 above normal

8. 2010 had 13.0 which is more than 0.4 above normal

9. 1916 had 13.0 which is more than 0.4 above normal

10. 1990 had 13.0 which is 0.4 above normal

Due to Global Warming the Trend show that six out of ten warmest years have occurred since 2002, with reduction of cold years in New Zealand with 2012 being the last cool one which is least 0.1 below average.

Coldest

1. 1930 had 11.3 which is more than 1.3 below normal

2. 1912 had 11.4 which is more than 1.2 below normal

3. 1919 had 11.4 which is 1.2 below normal

4. 1931 had 11.5 which is more than 1.1 below normal

5. 1992 had 11.5 which is 1.1 below normal (due to the effects of Pinatubo Eruption and El Nino which lasted from 1991-1995)

6. 1945 had 11.5 which is 1.1 below normal

7. 1920 had 11.6 which is more than 1.0 below normal

8. 1913 had 11.6 which is more than 1.0 below normal

9. 1914 had 11.6 which is more than 1.0 below normal

10. 1925 had 11.6 which is 1.0 below normal

Seem to be an Impossibility Today by the point.
