Thanks everyone, it was a busy successful day at work and a fun evening and caught up with James in Scotland for a 25min chat just before midnight. Haven't heard from eldest Matthew on his 6month trek from Cape Reinga to Bluff. Held up along 90mile Beach with little reception we think and strong winds! Just started on Saturday.

Thanks folks, a bit late to catch up on this - was in throes of getting cellphone number moved to new (b'day present) phone - Spark shop moved the wrong number to the new phone and caused a bit of confusion ... !

Had nice sunny day with family, UK-based daughter was over here a few weeks and farewelled on Monday.
