I have been playing with an old script borrowed from Tom - CarterLake.org, adapted by Ken True - Saratoga-weather.org and modified by beteljuice.
I now have an airport with an accurate background map and functioning data overlay controlled by the Cumulus realtime.txt.
I played with steel gauges but could not get them to auto update on load so a project for me to go back to at some stage.
As always thanks to beteljuice for his help with the scripting.

Here is the Wairoa Airport and you will note it even has a Control Tower
